Extremely narrow, (28 mm, just over an inch) at the widest point to just under half an inch at the string groove. 3 Layers of tempered bamboo in front of the hardwood Mansonia Riser one layer to box it in. Did we mention a vintage look? This is all wedged in between clear glass. The best there is.
The nocks are re-enforced with a thin sliver of horn, and tiny, really small. Not for the fainthearted. Don't stump 'm in the dirt and break 'm.
The grip is per se straight. no locater, no pistol, just straight and narrow, giving you pressure in the hand where it should. This grip is covered in a glued-on leather grip. Nice to hold.
We dipped this Rebel with a glossy 2 k varnish.
